Gyratory Sieve Shaker Motorized Apparatus consists of the following:
The 1/4 H.P. motor is used to drive the shaker through the reduction gear immersed in the oil.
A sieve table is inclined from the vertical axis which charges in a clockwise direction and doesn't rotate.
Can carry up to 7 sieves of 150 mm to 200 mm diameter.
To have rotary motion in the shaker, stop pin is given below the table which can be removed.
The sieve also has the upward and downward movement along with gyratory motion.
A pair of rods and a holder is given to fix the sieve in a firm position.
Best to be operated from 230 V 50 Hz.
A.C. supply is single phase.
